The Principals

James R. Park, ASA is a partner in the business valuation firm of Munroe, Park and Johnson, Ltd. located in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Park holds a degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. He spent eleven years working in commercial banking before joining Munroe, Park and Johnson, Ltd. to be involved exclusively in the valuation of privately held businesses and business interests. Mr. Park is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in the American Society of Appraisers and a co-author of the Comprehensive Guide for the Valuation of Family Limited Partnerships. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of the St. Mary's University Forum on Entrepreneurship and is a course developer for the Center for Advanced Valuation Studies. Download Jim's resume...

Bruce A. Johnson, ASA is a partner in the business valuation firm of Munroe, Park and Johnson, Ltd. located in San Antonio, Texas. He holds a degree in Engineering and MBA from Texas A&M University . His background includes positions in corporate finance and operations including manufacturing, acquisitions and strategic planning. Mr. Johnson is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers and former president of the San Antonio ASA Chapter #105. In addition, he is a co-author of the Comprehensive Guide for the Valuation of Family Limited Partnerships. He was the expert witness for the taxpayer in two land mark tax cases - Estate of Elsie J.
